• Submitting applications to our network of funding partners on your behalf
• Presenting funding offers from our partners for your consideration
• Facilitating communication between applicants and funding partners

OB Funding is not a direct lender. We act as an intermediary between your business and our network of funding partners. All funding decisions, terms, and agreements are made directly between you and the funding partner.

Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a legal owner or authorized representative of the business applying for funding
• Have the authority to bind the business to financial agreements
• Provide accurate and truthful information in your application
• Be located in and operating a business within the United States

Account Registration

To submit an application, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring your contact information remains current and accurate

Application and Information Accuracy

By submitting an application, you represent and warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in:

• Denial of your application
• Termination of your account
• Revocation of any funding obtained through false information
• Potential legal action

Authorization and Consent

By submitting an application through our platform, you authorize OB Funding to:

• Obtain consumer, personal, and business credit reports from credit bureaus including TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax
• Share your application, financial documents, and credit information with our network of funding partners
• Contact you via email, phone, or text message regarding your application and funding offers
• Verify information provided in your application through third-party sources

Funding Terms

Any funding offer you receive through our platform is subject to the terms and conditions set by the respective funding partner. OB Funding does not determine or guarantee:

• Approval of your application
• Specific funding amounts, rates, or terms
• Timing of funding disbursement
• Availability of specific funding products

You should carefully review all terms and conditions of any funding agreement before accepting an offer. OB Funding is not a party to any funding agreement between you and a funding partner.

SMS and Text Messaging Terms

OB Funding offers an SMS text messaging program to communicate with business owners about funding options and opportunities. By engaging with our text messages or replying YES, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from OB Funding at the phone number provided.

Key terms of our SMS program:

• Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.
• Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance and contact information.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your engagement and inquiry status. Typically 1-5 messages per week during active conversations.
• Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.
• Carriers: Compatible with major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: Your phone number and opt-in data will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more details on data handling.

Intellectual Property

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OB Funding, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.
